In underwater hockey, two teams of six players, wearing only masks, fins and snorkels, compete in a pool. Your objective is to handle the puck to introduce it into the opposing goal. It is similar to ice hockey, however the biggest difference is that the game is played at the bottom of the pool while holding your breath.

The equipment needed to play underwater hockey is very basic. All that is needed are the mask, fins, snorkel, a glove, the hockey stick, protective cap with ear flaps for the head, special protector for the mouth and the puck (made of lead and covered with plastic) and the goals, which are located at the ends of the field, which is 25 meters long.
